چکیده

Electric charge transport of hadronic matter at finite temperature and magnetic field is studied within the linear sigma model. Anisotropic coefficients associated with are estimated both in weak strong regimes using theory approach. In a weakly magnetized medium, effects incorporated through Lorentz force term Boltzmann equation. Strong puts further constraints on motion charged particles Landau quantization. Magnetic field-dependent thermal relaxation time obtained from interaction rates hadrons S-matrix approach by considering level kinematics hadrons. Mean-field embedded analysis temperature-dependent hadron masses. Further, medium response to time-varying external electric regimes. It seen that electromagnetic responses have dependence mean-field effects, mass, strength fields, its evolution medium.

Field Dependent Charge Carrier Transport for Organic Semiconductors at the Time of Flight Configuration

In this paper, we used the time-of-flight (TOF) of a charge packet, that injected by a voltage pulse to calculate the drift velocity and mobility of holes in organic semiconducting polymers. The technique consists in applying a voltage to the anode and calculating the time delay in the appearance of the injected carriers at the other contact. The method is a simple way to determine the charge t...

On the Electric Charge of Monopoles at Finite Temperature

We calculate the electric charge at finite temperature T for non-Abelian monopoles in spontaneously broken gauge theories with a CP violating θ-term. A careful treatment of dyon’s gauge degrees of freedom shows that Witten formula for the dyon charge at T = 0, Q = e(n− θ/2π), remains valid at T 6= 0. Magnetic Screening at Finite Temperature

It is shown that at finite temperature and in the presence of magnetic sources magnetic fields are screened. This is proven within the framework of classical transport theory both for the Abelian and non-Abelian plasmas. Magnetic screening arises in this formalism as a consequence of polarization effects occurring in the plasmas, and it is non-perturbative in the gauge coupling constant. It is ...

Electric-field-dependent charge-carrier velocity in semiconducting carbon nanotubes.

Charge transport in semiconducting single-walled nanotubes (SWNTs) with Schottky-barrier contacts has been studied at high bias. We observe nearly symmetric ambipolar transport with electron and hole currents significantly exceeding 25 microA, the reported current limit in metallic SWNTs due to optical phonon emission. Four simple models for the field-dependent velocity (ballistic, current satu...

Orbital magnetoelectric coupling at finite electric field

We extend the band theory of linear orbital magnetoelectric coupling to treat crystals under finite electric fields. Previous work established that the orbital magnetoelectric response of a generic insulator at zero field comprises three contributions that were denoted as local circulation, itinerant circulation, and Chern-Simons. We find that the expression for each of them is modified by the ...
